Return & Cancellation Policy

Islamic Gifts & Art Galleria believes in providing its customers a liberal Cancellation / Return policy 

Returns will be accepted only if you have received an item “Damage”, “Defective” or “Different Color” . 

How do I return a product purchased on islamicgifts.in ? 

If for any reason you wish to obtain a refund / exchange, you may return your item (s) to us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please inform us through an e-mail with complete details like order number, date of purchase, payment details and enclose this with your parcel to the address provided on our contact us page.

Important: 

Please ensure that the product is in unused and is in original condition. Include everything from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exceptions 

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.

• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
• Defective/damaged products that are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Product is damaged due to misuse or Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
• Any consumable item that has been used or installed.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
• Made-to-order gifts & products.
• Fragile items, Consumable products like Cosmetics, Attars etc and Electronic products like Toys, Watch, Clock etc 
• All custom-made or personalized products cannot be refunded like photo frames, gifts & other products.

The payment for all the returned products will be done to the customer’s islamicgitfs.in account in the form of store credit, which the customer can use for his/her next purchase

Cancellations 

You can cancel your order online within 24 hours from the time you place your order. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

Personalized gifts & products cannot be cancelled once order is placed & payment is made.
